    We support inquiries to send inquiries and quotations.

  • Q Are your insect products guaranteed?

    A
    If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason, you may return it for another purchase, and we only allow replacements for other items. You can return any item to us within 30 days, just contact us first for a return authorization. Custom printed products and custom displays are non-returnable.
    If any specimen arrives damaged for any reason, we will replace it for free, you need to record the unpacking video in advance, otherwise it will not be processed.
    The only thing we ask is that you inform us of the problem within 3 days of arrival.

  • Q Where did your specimens come from?

    A
    Our butterflies and insects are from butterfly farms, aviaries, cooperatives, breeders, collectors, traders and individuals from all over the world and are dead dried real specimens.

  • Q Is the specimen pictured the real specimen I will receive?

    A
    We do offer an ever-expanding selection of hundreds of specimens that are the actual specimens shown in the photos. You can find them in our similar categories. Check back often as we're always adding new items to it. We do use stock photos for many of the specimens we sell, but we guarantee that every specimen you receive will be as good or better than the pictures.

  • Q Are any of your specimens endangered and against the law?

    Any of our insects and butterflies are formal and legal, with complete qualifications, and are subject to the supervision of the market country, please rest assured

  • Q Will you make specimens for me?

    A
    I am willing to do it for you, but if it is custom insects and butterflies, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • Q Do all butterflies and insects come with frames?

    A
    Yes, all insects are installed in solid wood and 99% UV blocking tempered glass display. 
    All materials used are genuine materials and all are free. (We also provide acrylic box and plastic packaging, various customized styles of glass balls, please contact us for details)

  • Q Do you sell unframed specimens (eg acrylic case, plastic wrap)?

    Yes, we sell (please contact us)

  • Q Are you short selling frames and displays?

    A
    Yes, we are willing to sell frames and all kinds of acrylic boxes and plastic packaging, but we need to have a certain amount of wholesale, otherwise the freight is expensive, you are not willing to buy it, this is a very real problem, but I want to tell you

  • Q Can I change the frame color and customize the frame?

    A
    We currently offer 4 stock frame colors, black, white, wood, coffee. We can frame your insects and butterflies in any color for free.
    We also offer custom color frames in any color (customization may be delayed by days) for a small additional fee with a minimum order of at least $240.00 (contact us for more details if you are interested in this)

  • Q Where are the photo frames made?

    All our items are handcrafted by us in our China

  • Q How long does it take from when I place an order to when it ships?

    A
    Most orders ship in around 7 days. All orders are shipped via DHL, EMS, FedEx mail with tracking.
    We will ship as soon as possible and we will email you tracking information once your order is packaged and shipped.
    All items are made and shipped in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China

  • Q About overseas orders

    Under normal circumstances, we can export to any country, you need to contact me for details

    Returns or cancellations must be contacted within 7 working days of delivery and subject to normal additional charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable and must comply with our return packaging requirements. Propagation specimens and custom works are non-refundable.

  • Q Quality grading

    A
    A1 sample is perfect
    A1 - near perfect, very minor flaws
    A- Good. Small chips or minor scratches.
    A2 is fair. Tear, nick, stain, irreparable
    for reference only
