A If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason, you may return it for another purchase, and we only allow replacements for other items. You can return any item to us within 30 days, just contact us first for a return authorization. Custom printed products and custom displays are non-returnable.
If any specimen arrives damaged for any reason, we will replace it for free, you need to record the unpacking video in advance, otherwise it will not be processed.
The only thing we ask is that you inform us of the problem within 3 days of arrival.
